Michele’s journey into the world of pizza began in October 2019 as a passionate home baker, experimenting with doughs and techniques in his own kitchen. What started as a personal quest for the perfect pizza quickly evolved into something much bigger.

THE DUE FORNI STORY

In August 2022, Giuseppe, Cristina and Michele transformed this passion into profession, opening Due Forni pizzeria in Beaconsfield. Within a remarkably short time, his dedication to perfection and technical mastery earned Due Forni national recognition:

Having undertaken his own journey from novice to award-winning pizzaiolo in just a few years, Michele understands exactly what home enthusiasts need to know to elevate their pizza game. This unique perspective allows him to bridge the gap between professional techniques and home application.

Since December 2023, Michele has shared his expertise with over 100 students, helping home pizza makers achieve restaurant-quality results and consulting with businesses to optimize their pizza operations.
