We signed up for the pizza school after having a pizza oven for a while and making some reasonable pizza . The first surprise Michele delivered the course on a bank holiday Monday, the second, omg we didn’t know anything about dough flour, or making a restaurant quality pizza. This is beyond doubt the best course I have ever done, with information and support that will last a lifetime. Just tried the pizza dough and making at home and like the difference between chalk and cheese. Wow wow and wow . Michele you are a star. We had a wonderful four hours in the kitchen of his beautiful restaurant. The time flew by - he is so passionate! He was clear and methodical, so I actually feel that I will be able to replicate what we learned at home. The breads he made with the dough were a revelation, and a real highlight of the session, which I wasn't expecting. I would highly recommend this lesson for anyone wanting to start making pizza or breads at home, or elevate what they already do.
